Stable-Alpha aims to build India's most trusted wealth tech platform, focusing on fixed-incomeinvestments. We're here to offer tailored solutions to retail investors that maximize and generatepredictable returns, coupled with a sacrosanct focus on risk reduction. The household financialassets in India are overwhelmingly dominated by fixed-income instruments and are typicallylow-yielding, tax-inefficient products. Alternate fixed-income products are nuanced and oftencomplex, which presents an opportunity for a platform like ours to simplify fixed-income investing forthe end user through discoverability, demystification, and analytics-driven custom fixed-incomeportfolios.

The tailwinds of a rising interest rate environment and a choppy stock market make this a great timefor a platform like ours to be launched into the market. We are an early-stage startup and have justclosed our seed round with two of the biggest VCs co-leading the round.

About the Internship

• It's a 5-day in-office internship in Bengaluru.
• The duration of the internship is 6 months.

Requirements

• Sound knowledge and application of data structures and algorithms.
• Proficient in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Able to efficiently diagnose bugs and issues.
• Understanding of when to escalate questions/issues that arise during development.
• Work with other developers and business staff to efficiently launch features and resolve issues.
• Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes.
• A willingness to dive deep, experiment rapidly, and get things done.
• Opportunity to provide input on how we can continually improve our development process and knowledge.
• Opportunity to contribute to establishing better engineering practices.
• Love being challenged by learning and experimenting with new technologies.
• Prior internship experience would be a plus.
