About The Role
A Casino Service Attendant must monitor performance of slot machines, player activity, and conditions of the casino slot areas ensuring that all slot machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Responsible for verifying jackpots, paying jackpots, completing paper fills and accurately filling out all related paperwork associated with the daily job duties.
- Performs minor repair to slot machines.
- Responsible for assisting with beverage service to our patrons and for the safe distribution of alcohol.
- Responsible to have knowledge of patron alcohol limitations along with company policy and
- procedure regarding limitations.
- Actively observe warning behaviors and signs of possible intoxication. and enforce company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
- Plans, organizes and completes work timely.
- Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.
- Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 40 pounds and be able to push carts that weigh up to 500 lbs.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Able to stand, lift, bend, and twist as required.
- Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, hand-held radios/headsets, screwdrivers, and computer programs.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Obtain and maintain a Class C Gaming license.
- Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies.
- Receive and maintain all required certifications.
- Complete all required company training.
- Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
- Must be able to work various hours which include, but are not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
