About The Role

As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee credit operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. This role is essential for maintaining positive customer relationships and driving business growth.

  • Process credit applications, perform credit checks, and make informed decisions on credit approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless credit processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on credit operations.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members on credit processes and procedures.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit processes, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and credit management software.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
