Responsible for either a territory or supporting a project management team. Territory responsibility includes all financials for all billed work and sales orders plus all subcontractor relationships. Project management team responsibility is to fully support the PMs in their projects from a cost perspective, PO and sub relationship.

  • Independently responsible for the cost and revenue for the function hired for.
  • Schedules all subcontractor rigging and physical security jobs
  • Orders supply items for installation projects (tubing, wire, etc).
  • Verifies accuracy of sales orders.
  • Coordinates subcontractors for installs on billed work and sales orders.
  • Assembles and directs the project team to stay within the target margin or budgeted cost.
  • Apply project management best practices to all implementation activities.
  • Documents, updates and maintains subcontractor information including address, phone numbers, performance and certification information.
  • Provides user support to ensure customer expectations are met / exceeded.
  • Serves as focal point for assigned customers, addressing questions, issues and concerns.
  • Responsible for all PO creation and receiving in their assigned area
  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office product (word, excel)
  • Willing to work Pacific time, to support west coast

The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents
