Lead Inventory Cntrl Assistant

In this role, you will impact the accuracy and reliability of inventory data, contributing to improved supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in inventory control or materials management within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and data accuracy principles.
• Proficiency with inventory tracking software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and support resolution processes effectively.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using inventory management software and tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

WE VALUE

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience working in inventory control or supply chain roles supporting production environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
