About The Role
As an Experienced Manufacturing Technician on the Weekend Nights Shift at Honeywell Aerospace , you will assemble, inspect, and test products to ensure the highest quality for our customers. You will manage your work area to maintain safe and efficient operations and participate in continuous improvement activities focused on safety, production, and quality.
You will report directly to our Sr ISC Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN facility on a Weekend Nights Shift schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact on the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing processes by applying your technical skills and experience to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, inspect, and test products.
- Set up and change over equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Record and report production data.
- Support continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow Honeywell Operating System and safety rules.
- Report production issues and collaborate on solutions.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The annual base salary range for this position is $53,400-67,000 in Plymouth, MN. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
