The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Insights Manager to join our Singapore team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover a paternity leave.

In this leadership role, you will guide our Insights team in delivering high-impact, measurement-based media content analysis. You will work closely with major clients, partner with internal sales and account management teams to drive revenue, and foster a high-performing analyst team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Insights Analysts and Data Specialists.
  • Set clear KPIs, provide ongoing feedback, and nurture talent through individual growth plans.
  • Drive team productivity, morale, and smooth daily operations.

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients across government and corporate sectors, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Partner with New Business and Account Management teams to support sales opportunities and client retention.
  • Present impactful findings and educate the communications industry on best practices in media measurement.

Operations, Quality & Innovation

  • Oversee resource allocation, account setups, coding, charting, and report production to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Uphold strict quality control standards across all report deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and integrate technology (including GenAI enhancements) to boost efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

Requirements & Experience

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in media intelligence, research, communications, or a related industry, with at least 3 years of team management experience .
  • Education: Degree in Communications, Communications Research, Business, or related Social Sciences.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex media data into clear strategic stories. Experience in B2B consultative selling environments is a strong plus.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with data visualization tools, dashboards, and advanced MS Office (specifically Excel pivot tables).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with strong presentation capabilities. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Leadership Style: Hands-on problem solver, highly organized, and calm under pressure with minimal supervision.
