• Optimizes fleet management with the agency's budgetary objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Main activities
• Management of recurrent activity in branches

• Regularly monitors fleet using sotware and onsite review of branches
• Opens and closes customer fleet agreements in accordance with contractual rules
• Monitors and controls vehicle movements of all types
• Communicates with the shop manager and site manager
• Is familiar with all movement types
• Can prepare customer quotes and plan CD departures
• Carries out the departure and return of CD vehicles using the company's tools
• Identifies and opens claims according to operational needs
• Monitors and invoices fuel consumption
• Checks or fills in activity monitoring media (repairs, use)
• Ensures business continuity for the customer by setting up relays and monitoring KPIs
• Can manage conveyor schedules
• Organizes customer communications relating to fleet availability

Checks vehicle movements and maintenance compliance

• Consults and monitors the inspection schedule
• Anticipates, plans and monitors the implementation of regulatory compliance inspections for vehicle use
• Plans and updates all customer files for inspections and maintenance
• Is aware of cost, deadline and quality requirements
