We are now recruiting for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant for ESF Explore who will assist in creating engaging content for social media, support office administration, and interact with students and educators across various school locations, working 3 days a week . Roles Tasks

• Capture images and videos using DSLR cameras
• Edit videos using Premiere/Canva
• Assist with content creation for social media platforms
• Assist with minor office administration tasks
• Office based

Main Accountabilities

• Deliver high-quality visual content.
• Ensure timely creation and posting of content.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in administrative tasks.
• Engage positively with students and educators.

Minimum typical education

• Current university students, recent graduates, or equivalent experience.

Minimum typical experience

• No specific experience required, but familiarity with video editing, social media, and basic photography is preferred.

Core Professional / Technical Competencies required

• Social media content creation
• Video editing
• Basic photography skills (DSLR camera)

Core Soft / Transferable Competencies required

• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to interact well with diverse groups

Development / Training to support role competencies

• Training on specific social media tools and platforms
• Workshops on video editing and photography
