Description
- As a Senior Account Manager at Sinch, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a
- portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be expanding customer investment
- through increased product adoption through cross-sell opportunities while uncovering new ways to help
- customers achieve their business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will build executive relationships,
- identify growth opportunities, and position Sinch's portfolio to deliver measurable business value and
- long-term success.
- You will develop and execute strategic account growth plans designed to maximize wallet share and
- increase customer lifetime value. By uncovering whitespace opportunities, aligning Sinch's solutions to
- evolving customer needs, and collaborating across internal teams, you will deliver impactful solutions
- that drive revenue growth while strengthening long-term customer partnerships.

- Account Growth & Expansion, Demonstrates the ability to consistently grow existing customer
- revenue by expanding product adoption, identifying whitespace opportunities, and increasing
- wallet share across the Sinch portfolio. Develops and executes strategic account growth plans
- that align customer business objectives with Sinch solutions, driving cross-sell to deliver long-
- term revenue growth.
- Opportunity & Pipeline Management, Identifying, organizing, and managing sales opportunities
- throughout the pipeline to prioritize efforts, forecast revenue accurately, and maintain a healthy
- pipeline. Focuses on maximizing growth opportunities, driving pipeline progression, and
- consistently delivering revenue objectives.
- Value Proposition, effectively communicates the value of Sinch's solutions by aligning
- capabilities to customer business objectives, articulating measurable outcomes, and securing
- stakeholder buy-in through compelling business value.
- Prospecting Effectiveness, proactively identifies, engages, and develops new opportunities
- within existing accounts and targeted prospects using a variety of sales strategies and tools.
- Leverages referrals, strategic outreach, social selling, and customer insights to build pipeline and
- accelerate growth.
- Negotiation Skills, leads commercial negotiations that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes by
- balancing customer objectives with business goals. Demonstrates strong commercial acumen,
- manages objections effectively, and drives agreements that maximize long-term value.
- Market & Vertical Intelligence, Maintains a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive
- dynamics, customer challenges, and market opportunities. Appling this knowledge to identify
- growth opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and position Sinch solutions strategically.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience.
- Experience in enterprise-level direct sales in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of consistently growing existing books of business through strategic account
expansion, increased product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

The estimated total annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are $225,455 - $281,818.The annual starting base salary for this position is $124,000 – $155,000. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s commission plan, with a target commission opportunity equal to 45% of annualized base salary, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
