Collection Manager-Loan Against Property- Collection

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring & resolving delinquent cases
• Regular follow up and visits to delinquent customers.
• Achieve the bucket wise resolution target through the in-house/agency

Job Requirements

• Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property Collections
• Comfortable with using MS Word and MS Excel
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable team management skills
• Knowledge of provisions of the law (Specially IBC / SARFAESI / NCLT / Immovable Properties) will be added advantage.

Educational Qualifications

Should be graduate and above.

Work Experience

• Minimum work experience of 5 years
• Exposure to secured lending asset products can be considered.
• Delhi – M3 – CTC – 7.5 Lacs (8 Years Exp.) (Delhi – Cana ought, Noida – East Delhi)
• Mumbai – M3 – CTC - 7.5 Lacs (8 Years Exp.) Kalina (Up to Bhayander - Western) Central up to Thane.
• Bangalore – M2 – CTC – 5.5 Lacs (5 Years Exp)
• Chennai – M2 – CTC – 5.5 Lacs (5 Years Exp)
• Local candidate preferred only.
