Maintains, repairs and services equipment and systems according to quality and safety standards and defined instructions.

Main Responsibilities

1. Installs, inspects, repairs, services, and upgrades equipment according to instructions, quality and safety standards to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably.
2. Maintains accurate service records so that the performance of equipment can be monitored.
3. Communicates with external stakeholders/customers and measures daily customer satisfaction and recommends improvement activities.
