  • Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, making adjustments as necessary to align with their evolving financial needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to investment counseling.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative investment products and services to enhance our offering.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment counseling or a similar role, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software for investment research and portfolio management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
  • A valid certification or license to practice as an investment advisor (e.g., CFA, CFP, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
