MIS Executive-Personal Loan-Sales

• Data Management & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain robust MIS (Management Information System) for credit card products.
• Generate and automate regular reports and dashboards using SAS, SQL, and Excel.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate MIS reports to stakeholders and senior management.

• Business Insights & Analytics:

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on credit card portfolios.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as spend patterns.
• Support product teams in campaign performance tracking.

• Data Integrity & Quality:

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to resolve data discrepancies and system issues.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers and marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Present insights and findings in a clear, concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging tools in data analytics and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in SAS, SQL and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas).
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard creation.

Industry Knowledge

3–4 years of hands-on experience in SQL & advance excel.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate

• Knowledge of SQL., SAS, Power BI.
