- Serve as the primary point of contact for the data and migration work stream, liaising with Network International Customers, technical teams, and other work stream leads.
- Collaborate closely with Client and NI SMEs and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate data migration scope, quality expectations, and reporting requirements.

- Ensure successful delivery across all key phases of the migration life cycle:
- Discovery – Analyse current and target state data environments.
- Design – Define the migration strategy, approach, and technical specs.
- Mapping – Support the process of identifying and validating source-to-target data mappings.
- Rehearsals – Lead the planning and support the execution of dress rehearsals.
- Cutover – Lead the live data migration, coordinating with all parties.
- Incident Management – Handle post-migration issues and escalations.
- Communication – Maintain clear, consistent updates to stakeholders.
- Manage the process for achieving formal cutover sign-off, including validation, reconciliation, and stakeholder approval.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Extensive experience of migration of applications, systems, processes, and data in banks and/or building societies is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven ability to coordinate technical delivery teams and cross-functional contributors, including the ability to effectively engage with non-technical audiences.
