Kitchen Utility Worker

• Responsible for managing incoming stock on delivery days.  Rotating old stock for FIFO, keeping stock organized arranged by product with safety and sanitation rules applying
• Fills par requisition forms for Dining Staff
• Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized.
• Properly wraps, labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator, freezer or storage room.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen
• Any other reasonable requests of management team 

 

No experience necessary!
