Configure, test, and customize UPS applications to meet customer requirements while adhering to established safety norms.
Carry out preventive maintenance on UPS systems as per standard operating procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
Operate diagnostic, monitoring, and configuration software tools to perform activities on products efficiently and without error.
Conduct site acceptance tests according to specifications and document results prior to handover.
Deliver comprehensive training to customers on UPS operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
