Housekeeper — Highland Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia

Monday–Friday | 4–5 hours/day

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and common spaces
• Safely mix, use, and store cleaning solutions
• Properly label and remove infectious waste
• Show up on time and be a reliable part of the team residents count on

What we're looking for

• Someone patient, polite, and comfortable interacting with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to read and write at a job-appropriate level
• Understanding of (or willingness to learn) basic infection control practices
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred, not required

Experience

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each
• state’s specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.
