About The Role

  • Roles & responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining backend components using the .NET framework (.NET Core / .NET).
  • Work on writing clean, simple, and reusable code under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Help in fixing bugs, performing basic testing, and supporting ongoing development tasks.
  • Learn to build and modify RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Support integration of APIs with databases and other system components.
  • Understand concepts like routing, controllers, dependency injection, and error handling.
  • Assist in designing and updating database tables and schemas (SQL Server).
  • Write simple SQL queries, stored procedures, or scripts as needed.
  • Learn database performance basics such as indexing and query optimization.
  • Use Git for version control—commits, branching, and merging.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and contribute to team tasks.
  • Understand basic authentication/authorization methods in .NET (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
  • Follow secure coding guidelines and coding standards shared by mentors.
  • Assist in preparing or updating technical documentation, API notes, and system descriptions.
  • Maintain simple documentation for tasks completed or modules worked on.
  • Stay updated with new features of .NET and backend development practices.
  • Explore basics of Azure PaaS services like App Services, Azure SQL, or Azure Functions (as guided).
  • Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
