Roles & responsibilities
- Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate employees of corporate clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Develop and review tax equalization and international assignment policies
- Review and sign tax returns and equalizations of expatriate and inpatriate employees
- Mentor and coach staff
- Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization
- Keep track of budgets and profitability of the engagement.
- Manage reporting to the client and KPMG stakeholders.
- This role is for you if you have the below
- Educational qualifications
- Minimum master’s degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance Experience
- Enrolled Agent Certification or CPA
Mandatory technical & functional skills
- The candidate must have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel).
- Broad exposure to federal income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations

Preferred technical & functional skills
- Knowledge on Financial Services sector from Global Mobility tax perspective is an added advantage.
- An awareness of and an interest in the US political and economic environment.
