Ihre Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Beantragung, Verwaltung und Betreuung von Genehmigungen für den Export unter Einhaltung der relevanten nationalen und internationalen Rechtsgebiete (AWG, EAR, ITAR, EU-Dual Use VO)
• Beratung der HD Advanced Technologies mit Beginn der Vertriebsphase sowie Beratung in Bezug auf exportkontrollrelevante Klauseln während des Vertragsabschlusses sowie Auswahl und Beantragung der richtigen Genehmigung
• Exportkontrollrechtliche Freigabe der entsprechenden Lieferungen und gegebenenfalls Verlängerung von Genehmigungen
• Ausarbeitung und Bewertung von Voranfragen und Genehmigungen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und innerbetrieblicher Exportkontrollbestimmungen sowie funktionaler und wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte sowie deren Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Behörden
• Prüfung eingehender Genehmigungen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit, Überwachung von Fristen und Wertgrenzen von Sammelausfuhrgenehmigungen und Analyse sowie Überwachung der Nebenbestimmungen von Genehmigungen
• Auskunftsperson im Rahmen von Außenwirtschaftsprüfungen
• Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von internen Überwachungsmaßnahmen
• Durchführung von Schulungen

Unsere Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht, Außenwirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) im Bereich Exportkontrolle, Trade Compliance oder Außenwirtschaft
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Rechtsvorschriften (AWG/AWV, EU-Dual-Use-Verordnung, EAR und ITAR)
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
