Position: Touring Warden

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age

Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Touring Warden, here you’ll help create a great experience for our guests staying on our touring and camping facilities!

We are seeking a hands-on, friendly Touring Warden to look after our touring facilities and pitches. If you love the outdoors and enjoy meeting new people, this role offers a rewarding way to be part of our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they are settled and comfortable on their pitch.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of touring facilities, including showers, toilets, and communal areas.
Provide helpful information about the park and surrounding area, answering any guest queries.
Ensure pitches are kept tidy and prepared for new arrivals, supporting a clean and welcoming environment.
Conduct regular checks of the touring area to maintain safety and address any maintenance issues.

Requirements

Experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working in an outdoor setting.
Strong communication skills with a passion for helping guests.
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
A team player who can adapt to dynamic, guest-focused environments.
