• About the role
• Would you like to work for a prestigious international retail brand in the fashion and footwear sector?
• We are looking for a native or bilingual Portuguese speaker with a high level of English to join our customer service team in Madrid.
• You will support customers via phone, chat, and email, handling questions, issues, and feedback related to products and orders.

Key responsibilities

• ·Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• ·Manage orders, deliveries, invoices, and claims
• ·Provide high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• ·Perform back-office and administrative tasks related to customer support
• What we are looking for
• ·Native or bilingual level of Portuguese
• ·Advanced level of English (minimum C1)
• ·Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
• ·Strong communication and organizational skills
• ·Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate

Training

• ·Paid training included in the contract
• ·Duration: 5 days
• ·Schedule: from 9:00 to 18:00
