Join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience during the night shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for all Front Office related issues overnight, ensuring the correct end-of-day closing of the PMS and POS systems, reviewing daily revenue postings, balancing transactions, completing reports and statistics, and providing professional support to our guests at all times.

What you will do

Manage all Front Office operations during night shifts.

Perform the end-of-day closing of PMS and POS systems.

Review and correct daily revenue postings, system balances, and payment methods.

Complete daily statistics, controls, and reporting procedures.

Process guest check-ins and check-outs, verify reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys.

Handle guest requests, telephone calls, wake-up calls, messages, and special requirements.

Process room charges, cash, debit, credit card payments, and other payment transactions.

Balance cash receipts and complete all nightly audit controls.

Ensure rates, reservations, and charges are accurate and properly documented.

Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional, positive, and timely manner.

Support emergency procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment.

Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.

Complete all required reports and communicate any discrepancies to the accounting team.

What we are looking for

High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

English language proficiency.

Experience with hotel systems such as Opera, Fidelio, PMS, FOSSE, or similar.

Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently during night shifts.
