Category Manager - FO

Location - Bengaluru (WFO)

Roles & Responsibilities

• ● Develop and run the category and scale it to the next level (grow the category from X to 5X or
• 10X).
• ● Cross functional coordination with the internal teams and ensuring high performance.
• ● Own the category performance, analyze business data, and identify areas for improvement.
• ● Revenue Management as per business projection, achieve the GMV numbers.
• ● Ensuring seamless patient experience by liaising with various internal teams.
• ● Liaison with multiple stakeholders like - Concierge, Product, Marketing, Operations and finance to
• execute daily operations/tasks.
• ● Ensuring the overall category performance condition-wise.
• ● Design business projections and develop operational metrics to measure process efficiency.
• ● Develop operational excellence to meet business goals.

Job Requirements

• ● 5+ years of experience in Business Development
• ● Extremely data-driven and result oriented, think out of the box to bring extreme value for excellent
• patient experience.
• ● Excellent Leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.
• ● Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balance with supply.
• ● Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
• ● Preferably done zero to one and have built categories
