Our marketing team creates high-impact, engagingcontent that inspires, educates, and drives user engagement & revenue.We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and bring our brandstories to life through stunning motion graphics, videos, and AI-powered creative experiments.

Key Responsibilities● Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, including explainervideos, ad films, reels, and product launch videos.● Edit podcasts, event highlights, and social media videos with professional qualityand brand alignment.● Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas, storyboards, and campaignconcepts.● Work on video and photo shoots, ensuring smooth pre-production and post-productionworkflow.● Optimize videos for multiple formats (9:16, 16:9, square) across Instagram, YouTube,and LinkedIn.● Experiment with AI-driven creative tools to generate ideas, design assets, and speedup video production.

Required Skills & Tools● Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.● Familiarity with AI-based creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, andopenness to learning emerging AI design/video tools.● Strong understanding of video editing techniques, timing, transitions, and visualstorytelling.● Good sense of color, typography, and design aesthetics.● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills● Basic experience in static design (social media posts, mailers, PPT slides).● Awareness of social media trends, viral video formats, and storytelling techniques.● Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and push creative boundaries.
