Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase ExecutiveLocation: DubaiExperience Required: Preferably 2 Years. Freshrs can also apply.Qualification: <B.Tech> / <B.Sc>. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field

Job Responsibilities

• Handle purchase activities for fire alarm, fire fighting, and safety system materials.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Prepare LPOs, quotations, and vendor comparison sheets.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate with project and maintenance teams for material requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials are available as per project timelines.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, certifications, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure procurement complies with company standards and fire & safety regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting fittings, and related materials.
• Proficiency in inventory and stock management.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• MS Office and ERP knowledge (advantage).

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing and inventory management. Freshers Can also apply.
• <B.Tech> / <B.Sc>. in a related field (mandatory).
• Knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, and safety system materials is essential.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
