Line Cook- Part Time PM Shift

We are hiring a Hotel Line Cook

Great Opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America’s fastest growing hospitality companies – Concord Hospitality Enterprises. This position of hotel Cook means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning, marinating, prepping sauces)

Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

Set up and stock assigned station before service

Maintain consistency, quality, and proper portioning of dishes

Ensure food is cooked and plated in a timely manner during service

Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines

Keep the workstation clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts

Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to kitchen staff

Properly store food and label items according to regulations

Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service
