MTSI is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.Responsibilities Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communicationDevelop tools and processes to capture relevant metricsEvaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or statusEvaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testingRequired QualificationsUS citizenship and an active secret clearanceBachelor’s Degree in STEM7+ years of experienceMDA (or DoW) ExperienceExperience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)Excellent organization and communication skillsExperience with systems integration Preferred QualificationsAdept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)Experience briefing and interacting with senior leadersExperience developing digital tools or dashboards#LI-JJ1
