Factory Human Resources Manager

Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe have an excellent opportunity available for a Factory HR Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be reporting to Head of People & Performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with plant leaders and operational teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectivesAct as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent decisionsLead talent review and succession planning processes for key positions and critical talents within the plant organizationLead engagement initiatives for blue-collar employees by analyzing shop-floor needs, engagement survey results, and implementing action plans to improve employee experience, motivation, and retentionLead end-to-end recruitment process for operations rolesLead social compliance and audit processes, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and company standardsManage HR-related processes within KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) and support continuous improvement initiativesOversee employee grievance, suggestion, and disciplinary processes while maintaining a positive employee relations environmentCoordinate HR processes related to third-party workforce, contractor and union managementManage administrative affairs operations including transportation, catering, cleaning, security, uniforms, and other employee services within the factoryCoordinate external vendors and monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance standardsSupport additional operational and strategic HR projects assigned by managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields8+ years of HR experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsProven experience partnering closely with plant leadership and managing blue-collar workforce processesStrong understanding of labor law, social compliance, and manufacturing HR practicesExperience in administrative affairs management and vendor coordination is preferredStrong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support business decisionsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced English proficiencyProficiency in MS OfficeAbout UsThe Kraft Heinz Company is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with eight $1 billion+ brands and global sales of approximately $25 billion.
