You'll work closely with the founding team on a variety of high-impact projects and initiatives. Partnerships & External Relations: Build and manage relationships with external partners, research institutions, and service providers. Represent the company in external conversations and help structure early collaborations. Research & Analysis: Conduct research to inform key business decisions from landscape analysis to competitive positioning. Compile and synthesize findings to support the founders' strategic choices. Project Ownership: Drive projects across different areas of the business, from setting up new processes to managing contracts and agreements. Take full ownership of initiatives rather than waiting for direction. General Execution: Take on whatever needs doing to move the business forward, from ad-hoc special projects to coordinating with external stakeholders. Requirements Excellent English, written and spoken (German is a big plus). Highly and intrinsically motivated about the topic (longevity, life extension, cryopreservation, etc.) A research background or scientific degree (e.g. biology or related field) is highly appreciated, though not mandatory Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects independently, ideally in a fast-paced, early-stage, or founder-facing environment Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new and complex topics Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort representing the company in external conversations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software Benefits We are a young and excited team!
