Field Service Engineer - Students for Falcon program - UAE Nationals Only

As Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for IA solutions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for successful solution implementation
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, Electronic , Instrumentation
• 3 rd or 4 th year student from engineering (Electronic / instrumentation)
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
