For our location in Korbach, we are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the team. Tasks Preparing warehouse orders, assigning them to warehouse staff, and tracking processing status Scheduling customer deliveries Communicating with transport companies Entering ASN (advance shipping notice) information into the system Delegating, following up on, and responding to customer inquiries Recording goods receipts and issues in the "SAP EWM" warehouse management system Archiving shipping documents Assisting with regular stock checks/inventories Various administrative tasks Requirements Commercial vocational training, e.g. as a Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen) or a comparable qualification Initial professional experience in this field Solid knowledge of goods receiving, storage, handling, and shipping Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility Reliable and independent way of working Flexibility, team spirit, and resilience Good working knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Initial experience with warehouse management software (SAP EWM, WMS systems) is a plus, but not mandatory Good communication skills in German Wir freuen uns sehr auf Ihre Bewerbung!
