On-Site IT Support Specialist – L1/L2 (60%)

For a short-term client project in the Basel region, we are looking for an experienced On-Site IT Support Specialist with strong Level 1 and Level 2 workplace support expertise. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users on-site Test technical implementations and verify their correct functionality Coordinate technical activities directly with end users and project stakeholders Reimage and restage laptops, desktops and other workplace devices Perform device replacements and support hardware rollouts Set up and configure workplaces, including computers, monitors, peripherals and accessories Troubleshoot hardware, software and device configuration issues Document completed activities, incidents and technical findings Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 IT support Strong practical knowledge of workplace and end-user computing environments Experience with device imaging, staging and replacement processes Experience setting up and configuring workplace hardware and peripherals Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and operating systems Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with users on-site Reliable availability for three days per week throughout the project duration Fluent English skills
