Role: Change Manager (Life Sciences) x3 - Contract roles Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager Day rate: £400-£550 outisde IR35 Project duration: 5-6 months starting in August-September (extension likely) Location: Hybrid in London We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK. Tasks Shape and deliver end-to-end change approaches across technology adoption, operating models, or organisational transformation Build the case for change, assess functional impacts and develop clear change and adoption roadmaps Engage senior stakeholders, align leaders and build support across complex functions Deliver change readiness, communications, training and resistance management activities Requirements An independent consultant 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment 1+ years’ experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals
