SAP FI/CO Consultant – German speaker 📍 Dortmund area, Germany | Hybrid – up to 8 days home office/month | Permanent Join a global technology company during an exciting SAP transformation My client is an international technology group with around 1,400 employees, 50+ sales companies and 18+ locations worldwide . They are now looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join their team and play a key role in the next phase of their SAP transformation. You’ll join a team of 6 SAP consultants and an SAP Team Lead , supporting the existing SAP ECC landscape while helping prepare and drive the transition towards SAP S/4HANA . Why join? You’ll have the opportunity to: Help shape the company’s SAP S/4HANA transformation and global rollouts Work directly with Finance & Controlling stakeholders and key users Drive process optimisation and harmonisation across international operations Collaborate with international teams and a consulting partner in India Gradually take ownership of the global Service Owner Finance & Controlling function Develop into the person responsible for this global function in the medium term Requirements Analyse and optimise Finance & Controlling business processes Support and further develop the existing SAP FI/CO environment Configure and implement SAP FI/CO solutions Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and international rollouts Lead FI/CO sub-projects and coordinate project teams Partner with Finance, Controlling, business stakeholders and key users Deliver training and provide expert support Drive standardisation, documentation and continuous improvement Benefits 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and Finance & Controlling processes Experience with process analysis and optimisation Experience leading SAP projects or sub-projects Experience with SAP S/4HANA, international rollouts or transformation projects is a strong advantage Fluent German and strong English – German is essential for working closely with German Finance & Controlling teams Permanent position Hybrid working – up to 8 home-office days per month International working environment Long-term career development Opportunity to shape a global SAP Finance & Controlling function Work on a major SAP ECC → S/4HANA transformation If you’re an experienced SAP FI/CO professional looking for a role where you can combine hands-on SAP expertise with process ownership and international transformation, I’d love to hear from you.
