Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant Permanent | Hybrid Prague, Czech Republic Our client, a global leader in engineering and industrial technology, is looking to hire a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join its international ERP Centre of Excellence. This is a permanent opportunity to work on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, collaborating with global teams and helping shape the future of digital finance processes. The Role As a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising SAP Finance solutions across a global organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, standardised ERP solutions while driving continuous process improvement. Tasks Design, configure and implement SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions Support global SAP implementation and enhancement projects Identify opportunities to optimise finance processes using the latest SAP capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries Provide functional expertise, solution demonstrations and user support Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices within the team Requirements At least 2 years' experience delivering or supporting SAP ERP projects, including full lifecycle implementations Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO Good understanding of integrations with other SAP modules Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential Willingness to travel internationally as required
