• Tuesdays 8:45-11:45 and/or Thursdays 8:45-11:45

• Compensation : $16.50 an hour

Job Description

To ensure the safety and well-being of each child by responding to their emotional, social and physical needs. To be a positive role model for all staff, parents and children.

Duties

• -Share Christ’s love with the children in a nurturing, safe, fun environment
• -Engage children in activities and stimulating play
• -Manage classroom with positive feedback, encouragement, and re-direction
• -Teach provided bible lesson and assist children with craft
• -Supervise snack and playground time
• -Assist children with restroom use, hand washing, diaper changing
• -Professionally communicate with parents
• -Maintain a clean, organized environment
• -Be punctual and have minimal absences

Qualifications

• -A Christian who loves Jesus and desires to serve Him at all times
• -Have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, able to relate well with children
• -Clear Live Scan and Criminal Background
• -Willing to complete Mandated Reporting Training
• -Be mentally and physically capable of caring for a group of children
