At Commodity Supplies AG and our sister company Cargoo AG, we’re reshaping how businesses move goods around the world. Commodity Supplies ensures smooth handling of ocean freight imports and exports, while Cargoo delivers a cutting-edge supply chain management platform to customers worldwide. Together, we’re growing quickly and expanding our commercial presence worldwide.

This role would be based out of our HQ in Switzerland, combined with global travel.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, engage, and convert high-potential customers across the globe, leveraging your existing book of business to accelerate growth.

Develop and execute a strategic commercial plan to expand market share and scale your portfolio of customers.

Build strong, consultative, and long-term relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their operations and delivering tailored freight forwarding and logistics solutions.

Collaborate closely with internal operations, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Lead negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts.

Travel regularly across the region to meet customers face-to-face and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Requirements

5+ years of end-to-end sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions, with deep knowledge of ocean freight processes, pricing structures, and carrier relationships.

An established and active book of business, with a track record of successfully onboarding and growing strategic accounts.

Demonstrated strength in business development and a proven ability to hunt for new business, nurture relationships, and consistently close deals.

Excellent communication skills in English, capable of clearly articulating technical and commercial concepts.

An entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with the ability to own and grow a customer portfolio.

A collaborative, team-oriented approach with enthusiasm for working cross-functionally.

Willingness to travel frequently.
