About The Role

Are you an experienced sales leader with an international track record in a technical B2B environment? As Head of Sales Precision Parts Europe, you will assume overall responsibility for European sales within the standard parts division. Together with your teams and sales partners, you will develop markets and drive sustainable growth. Tasks • Develop, lead, and execute global transformation initiatives from inception through full organizational adoption, ensuring milestone achievement and alignment with strategic objectives. • Own business case development and financial planning, including budgets and rolling forecasts. • Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow). • Conduct in-depth analyses of key business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and monitor execution and ROI of improvement initiatives. • Act as a strong financial challenger and trusted partner to site management, international finance teams, and the general executive management. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable quantitative field. • At least 5 years of professional experience in an international industrial or manufacturing environment or in management consulting. You combine hands on experience in transformation or restructuring initi-atives with a solid background in Group or plant controlling. • Strong expertise in controlling, cash flow modelling, and industrial cost accounting. • Experience with modern ERP/BI and reporting environments, combined with strong digital affinity. • Business-fluent in English and German (written and spoken). • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a pragmatic and execution-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build consensus across hierarchical levels.
