Accountabilities

  • Implement and manage paid social campaigns, including planning, scheduling, execution, and performance tracking
  • Collect, analyze, and process large datasets to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign objectives are met and team workflows are efficient
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paid social platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Assist in crafting clear and compelling internal and external communications regarding campaign performance
  • Support ongoing testing, budgeting, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta Ads required; TikTok and Snapchat a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including vlookup, pivot tables, concatenation, and text-to-columns
  • Experience in production-oriented or client-facing environments, with a focus on timely and accurate delivery
  • High level of independence, curiosity, and willingness to grow responsibilities and expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, capable of balancing independent work with teamwork
  • Desire to stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices
