Role Overview

The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business and revenue growth for Marketing Cloud, Data, and AI solutions across a defined set of enterprise accounts or geographic territory in India. This role owns the full sales cycle—from pipeline creation to deal closure—and plays a critical role in expanding market presence and accelerating business growth.

As a key revenue driver, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining strategic thinking with execution excellence to build a strong pipeline quickly and consistently close high-value deals. This is a high-impact opportunity offering both immediate ownership and long-term career growth as part of a rapidly scaling business.

We are looking for high-performing, collaborative sales professionals—“business athletes”—who are ambitious, adaptable, and driven, with the ability to navigate and close a mix of complex enterprise and transactional deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts within the India market
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and outreach
  • Generate new business via strategic engagement, industry events, and partnerships
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation through negotiation and closure
  • Develop and execute territory and account-based sales strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility within CRM systems
  • Represent the brand in the market, increasing awareness and demand generation
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value

Preferred Profile

  • Proven success as a quota-carrying SaaS sales professional (10+ years)
  • Strong track record of prospecting, pipeline building, and closing enterprise deals
  • Experience selling digital marketing solutions; CDP experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders (CMO preferred)
  • Experience working with enterprise customers; automotive industry exposure is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in team-oriented environments
