About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires someone who can confidently juggle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with clients, and remain calm under pressure.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing a busy
  • reception
  • desk and phone system
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily clinic workflow
  • Processing payments and discussing treatment estimates and costs with clients
  • Making follow-up calls regarding treatment estimates, wellness memberships, appointments, and outstanding items
  • Handling client enquiries with empathy and confidence
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative tasks including managing emails and assisting with social media
  • Working collaboratively with our veterinary and nursing teams

About You

The ideal candidate will

  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Have excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Be confident discussing financial matters, payment options, and treatment estimates with clients
  • Be comfortable making proactive follow-up phone calls
  • Have strong communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
  • Be a team player who enjoys helping both people and animals
  • Previous veterinary industry experience is desirable but not essential
