Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Administers and audits Safety and Compliance processes and procedures as set forth by the Safety Department to ensure DOT and FMCSR adherence.

Updates CDLs, DOT physicals, MVRs, and CA Pull Notices (CA Employees only) within Infinium and DQ files on an ongoing basis. Researches any issues with received documentation.

Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.

Provides training to new Safety/Compliance personnel.

Follows up with Operations personnel to ensure safety training and disciplinary actions required by the Safety department are carried out per Company policy.

Performs audits of scanned Driver Qualification (DQ) files. .

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.

Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Qualifications: What you need to bring
• 1 year of safety/compliance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office suite; attention to detail; motivated; and self-starter.
