Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering

• With at least 5 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor / Electronics Company preferably Plating & Wet processes.
• In depth knowledge in FPC/PCB manufacturing processes.
• Can effectively communicate (verbal & written).
• Expert in Problem Solving Tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, 7 Quality Control Tools, Six Sigma, DOE
• Keen to details, can work and deliver result even under pressure, with good analytical and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization

Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization (labor, energy, materials).

Design & Documentation

Develop Process Flow Diagrams, mass/energy balances, equipment specifications, and operating manuals.

Project Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and support new product introductions.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide on-the-floor support, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex production issues.

Safety & Compliance

Lead HAZOP studies, ensure adherence to ESH standards, and develop safety protocols.

Mentorship

Train and guide junior engineers and operators.
