What you’ll do

Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports for various HR programs and initiatives

Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing professional, responsive, and service-oriented support

Build positive working relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners while delivering exceptional internal customer service

Support the promotion and coordination of employee wellness initiatives in collaboration with the HR team

Coordinate and support cross-functional HR projects, working with stakeholders across multiple departments

Draft, review, and maintain employee documentation, including letters, contracts, and other professional communications

Maintain and update internal employee platforms, ensuring HR content and resources are accurate, relevant, and accessible

Oversee records management, including HRIS maintenance and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems

Facilitate clear and engaging communications related to employee benefits, perks, and HR programs

Assist in coordinating employee communications and supporting initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the HR team

The ideal candidate is a people-first professional who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional employee support, and serving as a trusted resource across the organization. You are an effective communicator, highly organized, and confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Do you fit the part?

Post-secondary education in Human Resources is required

1-3 years of relevant HR experience

Administrative experience is preferred

Intermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with employees, managers, and external stakeholders

Demonstrated customer-service mindset and a passion for helping people

Ability to exercise sound judgment, diplomacy, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy

Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced and relationship-focused environment
