Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance duties
• and specific tasks such as repairing conveyors, gearboxes, or hydraulic systems
• as assigned by

• Preventive maintenance and repairs on the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic,
• and pneumatic systems.

Troubleshot

maintenance and repairs to Rendering equipment

such as conveyors, gearboxes, augers, and pumps

Complete all tasks in the safest and most efficient manner

Be experienced and knowledgeable in high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, cylinders, case formers, labeling equipment, fillers, and conveyors. Knowledge of welding (S/S, Mig, Tig) is a plus. Your skills will directly support efficient production and quality standards.

Day-to-day maintenance and repair of

equipment.

Perform Labeling and Tagging of systems and/or checks for verifications

Troubleshoot and repair

high-speed

food processing and packaging equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems on production equipment

Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Support and manage all computer/network components

,

including servers, switches, cabling

,

and desktop systems at assigned locations

Program Cisco Switches for Local Area Network

• Document Local Area Network at assigned location(s)
• Document and maintain “Standard Operating Procedures” for
• site-specific
• technologies in use at the facility.
• Fundamental understanding of VLANS
• Work with end users and propose new hardware and software solutions to support the business.
• Test all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into production.
• Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware

,

• and software issues.
• Manage technology projects in compliance with IT standards
• Provide hardware and network support for “Production Floor” computer systems.
• Supporting all printer functions at assigned locations
• Perform related tasks as required

Data Maintenance

Facilities Maintenance to include: mowing, trimming, painting, switcher truck maintenance, boilers, pumps, gates, storage racks, and storm water maintenance.

Qualifications

Climbing
