Purpose and Scope/General Summary

We are looking for a

Loader Operator

• for Pilgrim’s. The Loader Operator drives a truck equipped with a loader to and from their destination. This employee carries
• empty cages into the chicken house and loads full cages onto the truck.
• This position requires CDL licenses.

Responsibilities

• Pre and post
• trip
• on trucks and loaders.
• Must run

GPS

• system in trucks
• properly.

Ensure

safety.

Catcher

• birds if needed.
• Back-Up to crew
• foreman.
• Help other loader operators or drivers as needed.
• Report any
• damage

to

• farms
• or equipment.
• Report any catcher misconduct.
• Other duties as
• assigned.

What

you’ll

need

Class

A

Commercial

• Driver’s license.
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Ability to read and
• comprehend
• simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add and subtract
• two-digit
• numbers and to multiply and divide.

Dayshift

Monday – Friday with occasional weekends.

Nightshift

• Sunday- Thursday with occasional weekends.
