SUMMARY

• HOURS: TUES, WED, SAT., SUN. 4:00AM-4:00PM
• Absence of any related duties or functions in this document does not imply that incumbent may be exempt from assignments required to support production.
• The primary responsibility of this position is keep Embrex machine working.
• Any duties outside of these duties and responsibilities are paid hourly including vinegar cycle performed on machines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mix Vaccine for Embrex Machine, set forth by Embrex or management
• Run vinegar cycle, plate machine and lab weekly
• Check and record transfer cracks daily
• Record all vaccination records daily
• Check liquid nitrogen levels and vaccine inventories daily
• Run AM and PM cycle daily on both machines
• Keep Lab area clean at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by hatchery manager
