Job Tasks

Inspect,

• , or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Inspect mechanical equipment to

• damage, defects, or wear.
• Test mechanical
• to ensure proper functioning.
• Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using
• hoists, and
• hand tools, or power tools.
• Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair. Operate hoists, or other moving or lifting equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance.
• Inspect mechanical components to

• Replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts.

BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
• General mathematics ability required to perform job
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
• Basic knowledge of standard and metric measures
• Must be able to work assigned days/shifts (including some weekends)
